about

Greg says: Paper Bag played nothing but short, improvised music for 6 years. We picked up our instruments and went for it, so everything you hear is live, no overdubs. I feel this is the band's most complete statement. It took the length of a CD to show our many sides, something I don't feel any single- length album could have done. If you listen to this one clear through, you'll have as good an idea of what we were about as is possible, without seeing us live. I stipulate that because it was common for people familiar with our recorded work to still not entirely get what we did until they saw the process in action.
